If this is your first time visiting us, we are so excited to meet you and get you started on your new hair journey!

Your TEAL hair experience will begin once you've booked your consultation with your chosen stylist.
​
During this 15-30 minute consultation we will chat about your hair goals (short-term and long-term) and look through various photos that we can take inspiration and direction from. Our experts will advise you on what tones, colour placement and styles will suit your skin tone, eye colour and face shape best and how these will enhance your natural beauty.

Of course, we will also recommend how to maintain your new look so that it fits into your lifestyle effortlessly.
Your first visit
On the day of your appointment, you will find plenty of free parking spaces down our one-way street, Westminster Avenue, which can be accessed via East Park Avenue.

Once you've made your way to the salon, a member of our friendly team will welcome you in to our space and make sure you're comfortable.
Your stylist will introduce themself and begin your appointment with a secondary consultation, to confirm your goals, needs and any existing struggles you're having with your hair.
​
If you have come for a colour, sit back and relax with a hot drink, while your stylist creates a fully customised formula just for you.

Our Client Comfort Carts are fully stocked every day with a variety of snacks and phone chargers to help keep you as comfortable as possible throughout your visit.

We will finish your service with styling that shows off your beautiful new colour/style in the best way possible and, of course, prep you for a mini photoshoot before taking you through our seamless checkout process.
